Mayor and Others Ask State To Adopt City Revenue Protection Plan

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Leaders from communities around the state, including Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss, called on state lawmakers to help communities struggling under the economic struggles from the pandemic.

They're asking legislators to adopt the Michigan Municipal League's Community Stabilization Plan to the help ease the pandemic's one-two punch of increasing costs, and driving down tax revenue.
