Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says a teenage who was shot on Friday afternoon is in stable condition.
The incident happened on Reed Avenue near Portage Street around 3:15 p.m.
The victim says he was in a car when he was shot and the suspect fled in an unknown direction.
As of Friday night, police had not yet found the suspect.
