The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 4,273 cases of COVID-19 and 73 deaths on Wednesday.
The labs tested 60,252 samples and saw a positivity rate of 13.42 percent.
Hospitalizations related to COVID-19 have passed 4,000 recently.
Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids says they currently have 345 patients for COVID-19.
