WYOMING, Mich. - A man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl has been arrested, according to the Wyoming Department of Public Safety.
Richard Adams, 44, was arraigned Friday morning on first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13, kidnapping and second-degree CSC during a felony.
