Trinity Health Michigan CEO Rob Casalou says he responded out of frustration to Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey on Twitter Sunday.
Shirkey posted a statement on Twitter aimed at Governor Gretchen Whitmer as she announced restrictions without consulting the legislature.
Casalou said the state desperately needs the restrictions and they provide some balance.
