KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The city of Kalamazoo has hired a California company to review how the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety handled vandalism and protests in the city, along with their response when violence broke out during a Proud Boys rally.
Kalamazoo has finalized a $75,000 contract with OIR Group, a consulting firm to conduct a use-of-force study on the city's police department.
