Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker will file a motion or appeal after a judge ruled a man suspected of killing a teen in 2018, incompetent to stand trial.
Kent County Judge George Quist heard testimony from doctors and psychologists before ruling Gerald Bennett incompetent.
Bennett is charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder for the 2018 murder of Mujey Dumbaya.
