State Officials issue warning as 6,900 new cases announced

Michigan is setting another single day case record as officials announce another 6,940 cases and 45 deaths.

Kent County alone confirmed 693 cases and two deaths.

Dr. Joneigh Khaldun said during a press conference on Thursday that the virus is out of control.

Labs tested 67,354 samples on Wednesday and 8,276 came back positive for a rate of 12.29 percent.
