ALLENDALE, Mich. - A new initiative to help Michigan veterans and active duty service members has been announced by Grand Valley State University.
During the university's annual Veterans Day Breakfast Wednesday, which was virtual this year due to the pandemic, the school announced the GVSU Veteran Promise. The initiative will guarantee enlisted 2021 Michigan high school graduate admittance to GVSU.
