Antrim County Jail records show 38-year-old Shawn Fix, who is accused of plotting to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer, was released on bond on Tuesday.
Federal authorities say 14 men are accused of taking part in a plot to kidnap Whitmer as a response for what they believe was an overreach of her power.
The suspects were arrested in early October.
Fix was charged with providing material support for a terrorist and a weapons charge.
