ROCHESTER (WOOD-AM) - Sen. Gary Peters says his Republican opponent needs to concede.
Speaking at a Rochester cider mill, the Democrat laughed when he was informed that John James, a Republican, is claiming he's been cheated of a win because of voter fraud, calling it "sad and pathetic."
Later in the day, James issued a statement saying while he is behind, he has "deep concerns that millions of Michiganders may have been disenfranchised by a dishonest few who cheat."
