As red flags are raised about software used in Antrim County, Kentwood-based ElectionSource said in a statement on Friday the issues came from human error.
In the early stages of counting, it looked like Democrat Joe Biden had more votes than Republican Donald Trump in a Republican stronghold county.
The votes were recounted on Wednesday to confirm that Trump did win the county.
