Sharpies safe for voting

Kent County Clerk Lisa Posthumus Lyons says they have gotten a flood of phone calls and email concerned about Sharpie or flair tip pens for filling out their ballot.

Voters were worried that the ink would bleed through to the other side of the ballot.

Posthumus Lyons says that is not the case.

She says the ballot is purposely designed to avoid the issue of bleed through close to bubbles for voting choices.
