Antrim County still counting ballots by hand after ‘skewed results’

BELLAIRE, Mich. (WOOD TV) — An elections administrator in Antrim County said his staff is counting ballots by hand after acknowledging “skewed results” that gave Joe Biden a local landslide.

Deputy elections administrator Jeremy Scott, said new results were expected Thursday.

Scott the county typically supports Republican presidential candidates

State officials say a change in the Antrim results would affect the county vote totals but not the outcome of the senate and Presidential race in Michigan.

According to News 8, Scott said officials were working with the company that provides election software and hardware.
