Report: Grand Rapids Rental Prices up Nearly 40 Percent over Decade

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Grand Rapids saw the nation's 13th-largest increase in rental prices over the past decade, according to a new report from Self Financial.

Rental prices are up nearly 40 percent from 2010.

Currently, the average cost of a two-bedroom apartment is $1,022 a month.
