GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Self Financial group has released a new report that shows Grand Rapids had the 13th largest increase in rental prices over the past decade in the U.S.
According to the report, Grand Rapids' rental costs have risen by almost 40% in the past ten years, with the average cost of a two-bedroom apartment costing an average of $1,022 a month.
