BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - After being shot by a police officer during a traffic stop, one Battle Creek person is in the hospital.
The event happened after police pulled a car over after some erratic driving. After a second officer arrived on the scene, the police said that they would take the driver's firearm for safety. The passenger initially followed orders, but a struggle began after the officer reached for the gun.
