LANSING (WOOD-AM) - Police in Lansing Township have issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old.
The child has been identified as Phoenix Washington Jr. Washington is 2-foot-3 and weighs 30 pounds.
The suspect is Phoenix Washington. He's 5-foot-5 and weighs 160 pounds.
Authorities are urging people to watch for a four-door Mazda 3 with license plate EFM-6569.
