GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - While testifying Tuesday during a court hearing in Michigan, and FBI agent said that members of the group that planned to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer also discussed kidnapping Virginia's governor.
Special Richard Trask did not specifically name Ralph Northam, Virginia's Democratic governor, during his testimony.
