GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids Police said a man was shot while walking in Grand Rapids’ Baxter neighborhood Monday morning.
Officers reported the shooting happened around 9:40 a.m. near the intersection of Diamond Avenue and Logan Street SE.
Police said an unidentified man was walking down the street when a vehicle drove up and fired shots at him, striking him in the stomach .
GRPD said the man was taken to the hospital and his condition was not known.
