Local leaders are asking Governor Whitmer to make a plan to reopen all businesses.
The Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, Kent County Board of Commissioners and others sent two letters to Governor Whitmer asking her to reopen businesses like movie theaters, bowling alleys and gyms.
Business owners say restaurants have been able to partially reopen and adapt but others haven't been given that option.
