A family spokesperson says longtime television star Regis Philbin has died at age 88.
The much beloved, long-running TV host died on July 24, according to published reports.
A statement from Philbin's family said, "We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved Regis Philbin passed away last night of natural causes, one month shy of his 89th birthday."
