After Jury Tampering Claims, GRPD Detective Demands Retraction From ACLU

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A member of the Grand Rapids Police Department accused of tampering with a drug-related trial last December is demanding a retraction from the American Civil Liberties Union.

Last week, the ACLU went public with claims that Robert Zabriskie's communications amounted to tampering and the claims were never investigated.

"They had an agenda and what they published to the media is misleading and defamatory," attorney Josh Kuiper told WOOD-TV.
