LANSING (WOOD-AM) - In a 3-0 decision, a federal appeals court ruled overnight that gyms and finess centers must stay closed.
District Judge Paul Maloney said last week that gyms could reopen Thursday.
The facilities were shut down months ago by the governor in an effort to limit the spread of coronavirus.
