The Governor has decided against reopening the Detroit casinos this weekend and moving the state to Phase 5 due to a possible spike in Covid-19 cases.
Whitmer told Michigan News Network's and WLNS' Tim Skubick that she is concerned about a spike due to a data call from Ingham County which has 12 to 14 cases connected to one event.
