Protesters in Detroit claim victory after marching with no police curfew

DETROIT– After Detroit police let them march without enforcing the city’s curfew on Wednesday night, a crowd of protesters has declared victory

City officials said Wednesday was the sixth night of protests in Detroit against police brutality in the name of George Floyd.

WDIV TV reported that protesters also rallied outside of the Manoogian Mansion. That protest was specific to the city’s curfew. Protesters said the city’s curfew violated their rights.
