HOLLAND (WOOD-AM) - The hot weather brought decently-sized crowds out to Holland State Park for Memorial Day.
Visitors were greeted by signs urging social distancing.
“My wife and I walked the beach and it seemed liked those that were in close proximity were family,” Holland Resident Ron Lindstrom told WOOD-TV. “I always think there’s going to be some exceptions to that, typically some younger kids.”
Lindstrom estimates that crowds were cut by about three-quarters.
