Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg hospitalized due to infection

(Washington, DC) -- U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in the hospital with an infection.

A Supreme Court spokesperson said Tuesday that Ginsburg was in the hospital for a benign gallbladder condition that caused an infection.

She is expected to stay in the hospital for a day or two. However, she will still participate in a teleconference to hear oral arguments on a case on Wednesday.
