GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Today marks election day in 33 Michigan counties. At polling places, extra precautions will be in place.
Municipalities must have at least one polling location open. People were broadly encouraged to vote absentee.
Those who come out in person Tuesday are encouraged to wear masks, maintain social distancing and wash their hands after voting.
