President Jimmy Carter is back in the hospital. According to the Carter Center, he will undergo a procedure that will relieve pressure on his brain. The pressure was caused by bleeding due to recent falls.

Supreme Court justices are hearing arguments Tuesday on the Trump administration's bid to end DACA. The Obama administration immigration policy program that allows some individuals here illegally in the US after being brought to the country as children to receive a renewable two-year period ofdeferred actionfromdeportationand become eligible for awork permitit. 

To be eligible for the program, recipients cannot have felonies or serious misdemeanors on their records.
