All eyes are on the Fed, which might order upa quarter-percentage-point rate cuttoday.

A U.S. Intelligence Team is now on the ground in Saudi Arabia to investigate the drone attack on an oil processing plant. CBS News has learned the 20 drones and cruise missiles were launched from Southern Iran. Investigators also determined the weapons were made in Iran. One Senior Official is calling it a "complex and coordinated attack."

Secretary Pompeo will be in Saudi Arabia today. He's expected to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in a diplomatic show of support for the embattled country. He’s expected to talk response.

The United Auto Workers strike against General Motors enters into its third day with more than 49,000 workers on the picket line while their leaders go back to the drawing board. Tuesday, union officials reported minimal progress during contract talks. Workers have walked off the job demanding better pay and refusing to pay more for the cost of healthcare coverage. The walkout brought to a standstill more than 50 factories and parts warehouses in the union's first strike against the No. 1 U.S. automaker in over a decade.
