1 Violent tornadoes leave a trail of destruction in Indiana and Ohio.
A rapid-fire line of tornadoes tore across Indiana and Ohio overnight, packed so closely together that one crossed the path carved by another. The storms strew debris so thick that at one point, highway crews had to use snowplows to clear I-75 just north of Dayton.
2 Michigan State University is expected to name a new president today at the board of trustees scheduled meeting.
Reports from our partners at 24 Hour News 8 are that Dr. Samuel Stanley Jr. From Stony Brook University in New York will he announced the new President today.
The meeting is scheduled for 10am
3 Congressman Justin Amash will be in Grand Rapids tonight for a town hall meeting. Amash has made headlines recently for his criticism of President Donald Trump, congressional Republicans, & AG Bob Barr relating to the Mueller report.
The meeting will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 tonight at Grand Rapids Christian High School in the DeVos Center for Arts and Worship.
