Police: One person shot in Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — One person was shot in the arm in Grand Rapids. 

It happened around 4 p.m. Saturday on the 800 block of Sherman Street SW. 

Police say at least five shots were fired after an argument, which initially started down the road.

Authorities say a woman, who is 18 or 19 years old, was shot. A house was hit as well, police say.

Police say witnesses are not being cooperative. 

Grand Rapids Police Department are at the scene. They had blocked roads in the area and officers are collecting evidence.
