KALAMAZOO, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — In honor of Women's History Month, a new public art project is in the works for downtown Grand Rapids.
Downtown Grand Rapids Inc., the Lions & Rabbits art gallery and the City of Grand Rapids have partnered together to commission artists to paint portraits of influential women on mechanical boxes around downtown, according to the Downtown Grand Rapids Inc announcement.
