ALGOMA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Drivers who take US-131 between 10 Mile and 14 Mile roads have dealt with road construction and heavy traffic for nearly six months.
Crews first reconstructed the southbound lanes of US-131 and now are working on the northbound side.
However, a labor dispute that shut down road projects throughout the state late this summer has the work on US-131 behind schedule.
