OLIVE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A pedestrian was hit and killed north of Holland late Friday night.
The incident happened at around 11:50 p.m. on US-31 between Tyler Street and Stanton Street in Olive Township.
Ottawa County emergency responders tell 24 Hour News 8 the 30-year-old Holland man who died appeared to be trying to cross the highway but was hit after he ran out of a wooded area in the median and into the northbound lanes of traffic. On Saturday, the man was identified as Jordan Willard.
