Ten-Term Representative Concedes To Challenger In Democratic Primary

A ten-term Democratic Congressman from Massachusetts conceded his primary race Tuesday night.  Representative Michael Capuano called Boston City Councilor Ayanna Pressley to congratulate her on the victory in the seventh Congressional District.  Capuano said voters are upset with what's happening and he doesn't blame them.  Both candidates are considered liberals and agreed on most issues.  There is no Republican challenging Pressley in the general election.  She would be the first woman of color in the state's congressional delegation.
