PRAIRIEVILLE TWP., Mich. (WOOD) — Residents who live along a southern Barry County lake must spend their Labor Day weekend cleaning up storm damage.
Homes on Bendere Road in Prairieville Township took the brunt of the storms' wrath Saturday night. Storm Team 8 believes it was a low-level tornado that touched down, but the National Weather Service will still need to survey damage.
"I cleaned up the whole yard yesterday, so I get to do it again, except I'm going to need some help," Gene Cuneo told 24 Hour News8. He lives on the northern edge of Little Long Lake.
