PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — The West Michigan Whitecaps are retiring a menu mainstay: Their ballpark will serve up its final Fifth Third Burger at the team’s final home game of the season.
The Whitecaps introduced the giant burger ahead of their 2009 season and it quickly garnered national attention, from ESPN’s “SportsCenter” and NBC’s “Today” show to the Travel Channel’s “Man v. Food.”
