Convicted robber sought in Kzoo Co. bank robberies

OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Kalamazoo County authorities say a person of interest in a pair of bank robberies was on parole for a 2009 bank robbery in Kalamazoo.

Daniel Richard Lee is wanted for violating his parole.  He’s a person of interest in the robberies of a Battle Creek Comerica Bank on July 27 and an Oshtemo Township Chemical Bank four days later.

In both crimes, the suspect was armed. In the Battle Creek robbery, he was driving a white four-door sedan with a hubcap missing on the front driver’s side.
