PORTAGE, Mich. (WOOD) — A bicyclist is in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in Portage.
Dispatchers say the crash happened around 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at Lovers Lane and E. Centre Avenue.
Police at the scene tell 24 Hour News 8 that the bicyclist is "not in good shape."
It’s unclear what led up to the crash, which has closed the intersection. Dispatchers are advising drivers to avoid the area and find an alternative route or expect a wait time.
