Trump and Kim Delegations Begin Meeting In Singapore

President Trump, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, and their staffs are meeting at a historic summit in Singapore.

At the start of the meeting between the two delegations, Trump remarked that he intends to solve what he called "the big dilemma that until this point has been unable to be solved."  He didn't say exactly what that "big dilemma" is, but it could refer to North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

Trump told reporters the talks were going well and that he had an excellent relationship with Kim.

This summit marks the first time a U.S. president has met with a North Korean leader.
