KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) – Kalamazoo public safety officers are responding to a shooting in the city’s Northside neighborhood.
Officers were called to the 1000 block of Interfaith Boulevard around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
A lieutenant tells 24 Hour News 8 a female was wounded. The extent of her injuries is unclear, as is whether the shooter is in custody.
The shooting has led to a heavy police presence in the neighborhood, as detectives comb the scene for clues.
