HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A motorcyclist was injured after a crash in Holland Township Friday morning.
It happened around 6:45 a.m. near the intersection of Riley Street and 120th Avenue, north of Holland.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said the motorcyclist was heading westbound on Riley Street when a vehicle turned into the path of the motorcycle.
The 26-year-old motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
Eastbound Riley Street was closed east of 120th Avenue for a few hours while crews worked to clear the scene. The road has since reopened.
