ALPINE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Kenowa Hills Public Schools are closed Friday due to a threat made by a student.
The district told 24 Hour News 8 that the Walker Police Department received a threat from a male student. Police were unable to find the student before classes Friday.
As a precautionary measure, school officials cancelled all classes in the district Friday.
Details surrounding the threat were not immediately released.
