Man revived by sheriff dies in Kalamazoo crash

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — The man Kalamazoo County Sheriff Fuller saved from a heroin overdose outside a restaurant died a day later in a Kalamazoo car crash, authorities say.

Undersheriff James VanDyken confirmed 28-year-old Kevin “AJ” Alleshouse was the driver who died when he crashed into a vehicle transporter parked in the center lane of Stadium Drive just east of US-131 around 6:45 p.m. on May 16.
