THORNAPPLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Aero Med is responding to a Barry County crash that trapped a child in a vehicle.
It happened around 2:15 p.m. Thursday at Parmalee and Whitneyville roads in Thornapple Township, north of Middleville.
A witness told 24 Hour News 8 it was a head-on crash, but dispatchers couldn't confirm the circumstances of the collision.
It’s unclear how many people are hurt, or the severity of their injuries.
Both Whitneyville and Parmalee roads are closed in that area as authorities respond to the crash. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
