KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is accepting applications for new public safety officers.
The department is looking to hire about 15 officers in December 2018. Public safety officers are cross-trained as police officers, firefighters and medical first-responders, so they can handle all emergency calls.
