BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person who shot and killed a Battle Creek man.
The family of Joseph Bowser, who was killed in Battle Creek in March, is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible. Silent Observer is also offering a $1,000 reward.
Police have not named any suspects in the shooting to this point and are still investigating the incident.
