MARENGO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) -- Police are investigating a deadly accident between a pickup truck and minivan.
It happened around 9:40 p.m. Saturday on I-94 near 23 Mile Road in Marengo Township.
The Calhoun County Sheriff's Office says a 54-year-old Battle Creek man was hit from behind by a faster moving minivan. The minivan was being driven by a 25-year-old Marshall man.
Deputies say the collision caused the pickup to swerve off the roadway and hit a large traffic sign, post and tree.
